A dream, a key, and a new chapter.

For Adam, this boat is a dream come true—and a connection to where it all began.

Boating and fishing were a big part of his childhood, woven through his family history and the memories he grew up with. Having a boat of his own was something he dreamed of for years.

His late mum gave him an uncut key to keep for the day he finally got his boat. At the time, there was no boat for it to start—just a dream, and her belief that one day he’d get there.

Now, here we are.

We wish she could be here to see it. That little key carries her place in this story, as we begin making boating and fishing memories with our own kids.

For our family, the boat means freedom to explore, the thrill of a catch and time together. For Adam, it also carries a lifetime of memories—and a dream finally coming true.

Build updates

The dream is starting to look like our boat.

There’s something exciting about reaching the stage where the choices you’ve been imagining start becoming real. Our Pro Fisher is getting closer to having its own look, its own character—and a place in our family’s next chapter.

We’re still a little way from heading out on the water, but there’s plenty happening behind the scenes. Here’s the latest from the build:

  • The look is chosen. Now we wait to see it come together.Our flooring and colour scheme have been selected and are awaiting installation. These are the details that will make the boat feel like ours, and we’re looking forward to seeing those choices together on the boat itself.
  • A big arrival is just around the corner.Our outboard is expected to arrive in around two weeks, putting us into early November. It’s another milestone to look forward to—and another reason we’re finding ourselves thinking about that first day on the water.
  • A little Hooked N Free personality for the hull.The wrap design is well underway. Our reef artwork is a big part of the brand, and working it into the boat’s design is an exciting part of bringing the two together. We can’t wait to share how it develops.

For Adam, every step brings that long-held dream a little closer. For the rest of us, it’s the growing excitement of imagining where we’ll go, what we’ll catch and the memories we’ll make together.
